After some problems in the order phase, everything went well. The tent is beautiful, good value for money, and fits well with my Tesla Y. The assistance is good, and they have solved and responded to all my questions.

Overall, we really love our tent. It took a little while to arrive via FedEx, but once it did, everything looked great. I’m giving this a 4-star rating instead of 5 for two main reasons.
First, once you detach your vehicle from the tent, there’s no way to secure the flaps. There’s nothing to fasten or tighten them, so the material just hangs loose, which makes it easy for bugs and mosquitoes to get in.
Second, the second section of the double-room design has some noticeable gaps between the bottom of the tent and the side walls. In our case, a couple of rodents and a spider were able to get inside through those openings.
Aside from those two issues, we absolutely love the tent. The material is high-quality, and it feels like it will last us a long time.
Hopefully these changes are made in the future, and I would love to see what fixes they bring to improve this product/tent.

The dream tent can withstand strong winds, heavy rain and heavy snow.
We have enjoyed the experience with the double room tent on my EV6. It was fairly straight forward to set it up after the first time. The inflatable columns help this process simpler. Love all the openings to help air the inside of the tent, giving us many possibilities depending on our needs. The room separations really helps put our little one to bed while still enjoying being under the tent on the other side. Just wished the floor tarp that comes separately from the tent is a bit too small and it seems not to fit perfectly on the whole square footage of the tent (it could be that I didn’t know how to set it up properly as well). And lastly there are a lot of ropes around the tent to hold it in place, so we have to always watch not to stumble on one, specially with a toddler roaming around all the time.
Unfortunately, we have just lost our tent on a flood at home. We are sad we had to cancel all our camping trips this year until we are able to buy another one.
Overall we really like the tent and we will buy another one eventually
