Tent materials of high quality, extremely water-proof (slept through a torrent after which the base of the tent was submerged in 3-4 inches of water; not a drop came through). Easy to assemble and connect to the car (Model Y). There are some things I would like to be improved: the awnings are not designed to be kept deployed during the rain, even light one, as water accumulates on them or goes inside the tent; the color of the base is too light and gets dirty after first couple of uses; the tent would benefit from having an additional inner removable sheet on the ground inside, to make cleaning out dust and dirt easier; there should be a way to reduce the number of poles and ropes as the whole setup gets a bit too messy with everything raised up and securely fastened. But all those are minor issues.

I recently had time to spend 4 nights in the tent. Having the Tesla makes everything comfortable and cozy in the tent. This time I was able to fully set things up. My luck it rained 2 days straight but I was dry. People get a real kick out of my setup.
The tent is designed very well. The materials are all DuPont made and very thick and durable. They really thought out the details. I bought this tent because it was the only tent that seemed to seal to the back of the car tightly. We went through a pretty rough rainstorm and no water entered the tent. The only complaint I would have is the weight of the tent. It is not small by any means. Being a canvas tent, it’s very heavy and you will work to take it down. I think they could have gotten the weight down if they did overthink some of the design and options. All the stakes and poles are heavy duty, which means heavy
But durable. I’ve replaced all the stakes with lighter materials.

Tesla tent is the best idea for car camping, with electric for air conditioning and fridge the experience is almost like a RV. This tent has high quality, used in rain and hail and it holds up nicely.

We got our MK Camp tent and after just 1 x test-setup we are now able to setup our tent in around 30 minutes. Everything is so well-made and you can open different doors and openings in the tent, so you have different possibilities based on weather, location etc. Fits perfect for our Tesla Model Y!
